Time really flies. Im already counting the days to my last working day. I have already worked for nearly 2 months. Many thoughts are running thru my head right now. Glad that next week will be my last week in MOE. But yet, it means my enlistment around the corner. I do not know what to expect from this phase of life as I wont be able to apply most of the technical stuffs I learn in there in my future job. It is a totally different thing from the past phases like when I just graduated from kindergarten and moving on to primary school education and etc. Im not the the kind of person who can really get used to a new environment and things around me. Hence, I really hope that i can get along with my future bunkmates and also they will make my time past faster with fun and memorable experience. For now, Im not walking aimlessly in life. Im already setting goals for NS. I hope to get into OCS. If Im not shortlisted, at least I hope to be a PTI. After ns, I will like to pursue a degree with honors in SIM. Ideal courses will be computer science or ISM. Then go NIE to be teacher. But im getting bit doubtful about this career path as I read in a forum saying that being a teacher is no playground. Really need to think twice. Very high workload. Principal may have favourisms. Just becoz you love kids or teaching doesnt mean you should be a teacher. The job doesnt seems as easy as it looks from the outside. Well I do not know how true is this but, every now and then, there will be teachers handing resignation letters. Lucky for me, I still have ample time to consider this option. What is important is that to get a degree no matter what so as to give yourself more and better options. As a kid, I always have great admiration and respect to soldiers. Think they look smart wearing smart 4s, carrying rifles and also cool looking with their tanned skin. In a months time, I will experience how is it like to be a soldier....
